Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 28, 2026 · Last reviewed: July 28, 2026

Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Youngblood Auto & Tire, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), operating as Tru-test Industrial Tires & Tracks, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit truindustrialtires.com or otherwise interact with us.

If you have questions about this policy, contact us at info@truindustrialtires.com or by mail at 171 Park Central Dr, Hutto, TX 78634.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information we collect automatically when you use our site, and information from third parties.

Information you give us directly is what you submit through the forms on our site. Our service request form asks for your name, company, phone number, email address, the machine you need serviced, the tire or track size if you know it, the type of service you need, how urgent it is, where the machine is located, any details you want to add, and whether you would like a free on-site fleet assessment. Our general contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, what your message is regarding, and the message itself. We do not sell products online, take payments through this site, or offer user accounts, so we do not collect billing, payment, or login information.

Information we collect automatically includes your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit on our site, the time you spend on each page, and the site you came from. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy for details.

Information from third parties. When you type a phone number into one of our forms, our phone-number formatter sends your IP address to ipinfo.io so it can detect your country and format the number correctly. We do not currently run analytics or advertising tools on this site. If we add them, they will be disclosed here and placed behind the cookie banner.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and quote and schedule the service you request
  • Contact you about a machine, a jobsite visit, or a fleet assessment
  • Send you administrative messages, such as changes to this policy
  • Improve our website and understand how visitors use it
  • Send marketing communications, but only if you have opted in (and you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share your information with

We share information only with parties that help us run our business, and only as much as they need to do their job. This typically includes:

  • Our website host (Webflow), which stores our site data and the submissions from our forms
  • Email providers we use to receive and reply to your inquiry
  • ipinfo.io, which receives your IP address when you use a phone field, as described above
  • Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) when needed
  • Government authorities if required by law

We require these parties to keep your information confidential and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. For full details about which cookies we use and how you can control them, see our Cookie Policy.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, or as long as the law requires. Service request and contact form submissions are kept for as long as we have an active or prospective service relationship with you, and then for the period required by tax and business record-keeping law (typically 7 years in the US). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the information we have about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate
  • Delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time
  • Object to certain processing activities

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@truindustrialtires.com. We will respond within 30 days.

For Texas residents

The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives Texas residents the right to confirm whether we process their personal data, access it, correct inaccuracies, delete it, and obtain a portable copy. Texas residents may also opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and profiling used for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising or profiling.

To exercise these rights, email info@truindustrialtires.com. We will respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response; if we deny the appeal, you may contact the Texas Attorney General.

For California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California gives residents specific rights:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
  • Delete personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

Children's privacy

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at info@truindustrialtires.com and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe. If a breach affects you, we will notify you as required by law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top and, if the changes are significant, notify you by email or with a prominent notice on the site.
