These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of truindustrialtires.com (the "Site"), operated by Youngblood Auto & Tire, LLC ("we", "us", "our") under the name Tru-test Industrial Tires & Tracks. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Who can use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Service requests and quotes
The Site lets you request service and ask for a quote. Submitting a request is not a binding agreement, and it does not by itself schedule work. A service request becomes a job only once we have confirmed it with you directly. Any pricing, availability, lead time, or turnaround discussed on the Site or in response to a request is an estimate based on the information you give us, and may change once we inspect the machine, the tire, or the track in person.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site (for example, by uploading malware or running automated scrapers)
- Use the Site to harass, threaten, or harm others
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Reverse-engineer or copy the Site's code or content for unauthorized purposes
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
Intellectual property
The content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is owned by Youngblood Auto & Tire, LLC or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Anything else (republishing, redistributing, training AI models on our content, building derivative products) requires our written permission.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the effective date at the top and, for material changes, give you reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
